Kiwi is designed to automatically understand your bank messages. But with different banks, card types, and changing formats, sometimes we miss one.

If that happens, you might see a message that says something like “This one doesn’t look familiar.” When that happens, we give you the option to share the message with us — but only if you want to.

🛡️ What Happens If You Share

Sharing messages means it helps our small team at Kiwi Money fix things faster — especially when it comes to those pesky, unsupported bank messages. It means smoother automation for you, fewer hiccups, and a better experience for everyone who might run into the same issue.

Everything is completely optional. If you decide to help us out and share the message:

• Only the message you pick gets shared — nothing else.
• It's tagged with a random ID, not your name or number.
• It’s encrypted during transfer and while stored.
